Associate Development Program
Aria’s Associate development programs are designed to enhance skills necessary to work with donors and members of non-profit organizations and business customers of the companies we serve. These skills will help you at Aria and beyond!
Here is an overview of our different development programs:
New Associate Orientation: (AriaCalls & AriaCards)
New Associates are very important to Aria and the team atmosphere we create. Our New Associate Orientation educates the new Associates on Aria’s history and the quality required for an “AriaCall” or an “AriaCard.” Orientation equips you with the fundamental tools necessary to work successfully with Aria and on behalf of the organizations we serve.
Project Training: (AriaCalls)
Project training gives you the knowledge to interact with the donors/members/customers an organization wants you to contact. This includes background information about the organization, reasons we are contacting donors/members/customers and expectations of you as the organization’s representative.
Continuous Education: (AriaCalls & AriaCards)
An Associate is not finished training when they leave the Orientation classroom. Our Supervisors are here to help you succeed! Associates also are monitored, have team meetings, and work with co-workers to always have the knowledge needed to succeed on a campaign. Performance reviews and feedback sessions also are conducted.
Gaining Responsibilities and Opportunities Within: (AriaCalls & AriaCards)
Aria’s GROW program is a way that Associates can develop themselves and receive additional opportunities within the organization. At Aria, we strive to promote from the organization as long as the skills are qualifying. The GROW program was created to offer new ways for the Associates to show an interest in gaining experience within all departments at Aria.
