An entrepreneur at heart, Joe is passionate about helping his clients achieve their dreams. His 13 years of comprehensive expertise in sales, marketing and business development includes small, mid-market, and numerous Fortune 500 clientele including Best Buy, Medtronic, Target, US Bancorp, General Mills, and Northwest Airlines.Joe holds a BA degree in Organizational Management & Communication from Concordia University, St. Paul, Minnesota. He's also active in the Minnesota Chapter of the American Marketing Association and serves on its Board of Directors.
Joe enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and cheering for Minnesota's unpredictable sports teams. Joe and Suzy, his wife, have two children, Thomas and Megan.

LeeAnn began her time with Aria as a caller in 1995. With 4 years of call center experience, both as a caller and call center specialist, she is now responsible for data manipulation, data processing and custom reporting of calling results. She is here for you when it comes to data related questions. Her degree in Information Systems from Alexandria Technical College provides a solid foundation to understand today's complex data systems.
