
Vice President - Marketing and Sales – Aria Business to Business
Andy’s formal education in sales management, along with 18+ years of sales and marketing experience with Aria, provide a solid foundation for creativity, project management and service delivery. Andy has managed multiple B2B programs from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of calls per month. His full understanding of marketing principals and effective techniques will help insure a strong telemarketing project from start to finish. Andy’s focus is on providing the client interaction and quality program management that makes Aria more an extension of your organization than an outside vendor.

Vice President – Aria Client Services
Since joining Aria in 1989 while pursuing her BA degree at St. Cloud State University, Carrie has held every position in our AriaCards department. She was a Handwriter, Project Coordinator, Production Assistant, Production Manager and Director of Production. Carrie has been in Client Services since 2000 and is your client contact for almost every AriaCard job we do. As your Client Service representative and Director of AriaCards Production, Carrie will make sure that our production team understands all aspects of your project and will be in close contact with you as your job is completed. If you have a question about AriaCards, Carrie has your answer!

Director – Aria Client Services
With 12 years experience working with non-profit organizations, Emily’s key role is client campaign management and communication. She is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of your campaign from start to finish. Emily is also a member of the management team that oversees the performance of AriaCalls fundraising. This specialized team structure works together to ensure call quality. With her attention to detail, Emily will manage your campaign and work to achieve your goals to complete satisfaction.
Emily attended Mankato State University and enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and traveling.

Senior Campaign Manager
Brittney joined Aria as an AriaCalls associate in 2003. Since that time, her strong passion for Aria and their clients coupled with her experience has propelled Brittney’s growth at Aria. She has held several positions of campaign responsibility including AriaCalls Fundraising Supervisor and AriaCalls B2B Project Manager. Most recently her responsibilities have expanded to include work as a Senior Campaign Manager in Aria’s Client Services area, overseeing our clients’ campaigns to ensure their success.
Brittney attended St. Cloud Technical College and outside of work attends various sporting events and concerts.

Vice President – Aria Client Services
Laurie has over 20 years of fundraising experience at Aria, and has worked with hundreds of nonprofit organizations. She has performed a variety of roles since joining Aria, and for the most recent eleven years has served as Vice President – Client Services. She brings her vast experience to every campaign, and assists clients in developing the strategies that will best meet campaign and organizational objectives. Within Aria, Laurie has developed a cross-discipline team approach which ensures that all work performed within each campaign is done with each client’s specific goals in mind.
Laurie received her degree in Education from the College of Saint Benedict and serves on several boards in the St. Cloud area. Her passions include the Green Bay Packers, spending time in the outdoors, reading, education and her family.

Senior Campaign Manager – Aria Client Services
Audrey is passionate about what she does and has brought her spark to Aria Calls and Cards fundraising campaigns since 2000. Her years of experience along with her BA from St. Cloud State University position her to deliver outstanding service and creative energy so that every campaign is “above the rest.” She trains call center staff and other personnel to custom-fit every campaign to the needs of each organization and all its constituents. Audrey also enjoys reading, hiking, camping and crochet.

Account Executive - Aria Business to Business
Tara joined Aria's B2B team in 2001. Throughout her years of experience, she has managed dozens of small, medium and large programs. Now, as Account Executive, Tara coordinates with our clients each program set-up, trainings, recommendations and oversight. She will work directly with you and your campaign, the call center and Aria's IT department to maximize the performance of your campaign.

Aria Principal
Doug joined the Aria team in 1988 managing call center operations. A year later, he began working with non-profit clients on outbound calling and handwritten mail strategies that dramatically increased their revenue and renewal rates. Over the years, AriaCards and AriaCalls have generated tens of millions of dollars for Doug’s clients.
Doug also has been instrumental in the development of Aria’s B2B calling services. He continues to provide oversight on our largest and longest running accounts.
Results of Doug’s work have been featured in publications ranging from the Wall Street Journal to Fundraising Magazine and have garnered multiple accolades, including a Maxi award.
Doug has a BA degree in Philosophy from St. John’s University, Collegeville, MN and a MA degree in Philosophy with a concentration in Aesthetics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He serves as Chair of a local foundation and, together with his wife, is active within his church and his children’s school.

Aria Vice President – Marketing and Sales
Peter Wallace has been working in the non-profit industry since 1977, working for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for seven years, then for Wisconsin Public Radio -- where he was development director for most of his 17 years on staff -- and since 2001 with Aria.
Peter is a free-lance writer, columnist, author and an adjunct faculty member of two Midwestern universities, teaching marketing, management, and writing courses.
A winner of numerous Corporation for Public Broadcasting development awards, Peter has been a presenter at numerous conferences. He has a BS in Radio, TV and Film, and a MS in Management.

Aria Principal & Executive Vice President – Marketing and Sales
Catherine’s expertise includes developing campaigns which assist non-profit organizations with donor/member growth, retention strategies, advanced segmentation techniques, data-mining, and other strategies to grow and improve the performance of their programs. With over 22 years at Aria, she brings extensive campaign experience across a broad range of organizations and hundreds of successful fundraising and membership campaigns.
Catherine holds a BS and MBA in Marketing from St. Cloud State University where she has been an adjunct faculty member and she recently completed two terms on the board of the University Pediatric Foundation at the University of Minnesota. Catherine has been a speaker at CASE, AFP, and NIC conferences and is a member of Aria’s Board of Directors.

Campaign Manager – Aria Information Services & Technology
Duane came to work for Aria in 2000. He has a strong commitment to quality and data integrity when it comes to processing and custom reporting of calling results. His knowledge and experience help to make him an excellent resource for all of your data concerns.
Duane has a BS degree in Business and Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.

Campaign Manager – Aria Information Services & Technology
Betty is a B2B veteran with 4 years experience at ARIA. She works with the B2B team, developing reports, processing data, and helping to create innovative campaigns. Betty also uses her skills to assure that ARIA remains compliant with credit card and data security regulations. Her business experience, professionalism and positive attitude are a great asset to Aria’s B2B team.

Campaign Manager – Aria Information Services & Technology
LeeAnn began her time with Aria as a caller in 1995 and joined the Information Services and Technology area in 2000. She is responsible for data processing and custom reporting of campaign results and is here for you when it comes to data related questions. She holds an A.A.S. degree in Information Systems and a B.A. in Management. Her degrees combined with her experience provide a solid foundation to understanding today’s complex data systems. She enjoys reading, walking, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family and friends.

Director – Compliance & Executive Assistant
Amanda’s 20+ years at Aria have given her broad experience and has prepared her well for her current role of understanding and assisting Aria’s clients with the cumbersome requirements of compliance. As Executive Assistant, Amanda is responsible for completing a broad range of corporate assignments. Amanda received her bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in 1990. Amanda is also an avid card maker and designed and made Aria’s 2010 and 2011 holiday cards.

Aria Vice President and Corporate Secretary
Before joining the Aria team in 1991, Linda had over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Linda will work with you during contract development to ensure that your project is in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Upon completion of your project, she will compile campaign statistics for your final report. As Corporate Secretary, she is responsible for maintaining the company’s records for shareholders and the board of directors.
Linda enjoys sewing and gardening and is active in the lives of her children and grandchildren.

Aria Vice President – Compliance
Camille has been with Aria since 1987, serving in a variety of capacities supporting telemarketing and fulfillment operations. Camille will work with you and the regulatory agencies to ensure that your project is in compliance with the myriad of government regulations, and that necessary documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner. Camille also works to ensure that confirmation packages are completed timely and accurately. Her experience with Aria is enhanced with a BS degree from St. Cloud State University.

Aria Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Darell is one of our longest standing key staff members, having joined Aria in 1989. He is responsible for accounting, financial statements, benefits administration, banking and insurance, along with countless administrative matters that free our client service staff to devote full-time to you and your project’s success. In his position, he has guided the company through the design and implementation of accounting information systems. Darell is disciplined and detail-oriented, ensuring that you have accurate and timely billing information.
Darell has an Accountant AAS Degree from St. Cloud Technical College and is active in his community.

B2B Program Manager
Since joining Aria in 2004, Julie has had experience calling, coaching, training and leading almost every type of B2B campaign that Aria has conducted. Her knowledge of numerous campaigns and program processes has lead to Aria's ongoing success for its clients. She continues to be responsible for quality assurance and training, ensuring that client expectations are met.

Director - Fundraising and Membership Teleservices
Mark joined the Aria team in 2009. Mark brings with him over 18 years of experience in call center operations, with a focus in fundraising for political and not-for- profit organizations, surveys, polling, and Business to Business programs.
Mark specializes in the overall quality and performance of our fundraising representatives and call center operations staff; making certain your donors receive a personal, professional contact.
Through highly specialized training, employee development, script development, and statistical analysis, Mark will ensure you receive top returns when you place a project with Aria!
Mark attended St. Cloud State University, Majoring in Mass Communications. Mark’s interests include any type of outdoor activities, home renovations, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings – Go Vikes!

Call Center Manager
Connie has over 30 years experience with both inbound and outbound campaigns as caller, trainer and campaign manager.
During her 19 years at Aria, she has been Aria's dialing system operator, staffing coordinator and performance manager.

Vice President – Aria Administrative Services
Since joining the Aria team in 1991, Mary Jo has been involved in front-line client service, office administration and communication. In her role, she works to insure our internal operations run smoothly and allow Aria’s project management staff to maintain the needed focus for the success of your project. In addition, Mary Jo helps to insure the timely delivery of your AriaCards project by providing staff scheduling, forecasting support and oversight of AriaCards personnel. Like all of Aria’s staff, Mary Jo is committed to making sure we help you meet your goals!

Aria Chief Executive Officer and President
Chuck is responsible for setting corporate direction, general administration, financial management and assisting with client fundraising strategy development for Aria. He has extensive experience in planning, organizing, funding and managing a variety of organizations and initiatives.
Chuck was a member of the Corporate Finance Department of the regional investment banking firm of Dain Bosworth Inc. from 1974-1979; Director of Corporate Development for Inter-Regional Financial Group, Inc., parent of Dain Bosworth, from 1979-1981; founder and President of The EntreSource Companies, a private investment company, from 1981-Present; and has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Aria since 1990.
Chuck served on the Board of Directors of University Pediatrics Foundation, an affiliate of the Minnesota Medical Foundation. He earned his BA degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and his MBA degree from Dartmouth College.

Director – Aria Human Resources
Lisa has been with Aria since 1997. Before joining Aria's Human Resources department in 1999, Lisa was a successful AriaCalls Associate. Lisa is responsible for recruiting, hiring and personnel for AriaCalls, AriaB2B and AriaCards associates. Her knowledge of Aria and Human Resources ensures that we find qualified individuals who desire to be part of a company that is committed to providing the best service and performance for you!
Lisa is also a member of the management team that oversees the performance of AriaCalls-Fundraising. This specialized team structure works together to ensure that everyone, from our associates to our clients, are accomplishing their goals.

In 1985 Anthony and his partner started Aria, with a goal to create a professional organization that made a difference for their clients and employees. The idea of making a difference started in a small office, in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Now, over 25 years later, that goal still resonates within the dedicated, well experiences staff of Aria. He knows the importance of the team having a tenacious desire to be the best for Aria's clients and to remember that the employees of Aria are the ones that make this difference a reality every day.
Anthony has had a variety of experience in corporate and private worlds from Fortune 500 companies to companies that he has started. He believes that it all comes down to teamwork. He has a BSEE (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Minnesota and has an MBA in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
